An entrepreneur with diverse business interests, Vishal started his career in 1996 in the banking and financial services sector. He gained rich industry experience through successful tenure with RPG, ABN Amro Bank and HSBC. Vishal’s strong business acumen and understanding of real estate saw him emerging as one of the industry leaders in the real estate advisory space in DELHI/NCR. He served as the General Secretary for the National Association of Realtors India, Delhi chapter (NAR-INDIA) between 2013 – 2015 and as a Governing Body Member from 2010 – 2018Vishal is a passionate individual with a keen interest in music, fitness, adventure & wildlife. Vishal’s true passion for building extraordinary architectural and experiential spaces is truly reflected in the designs of the restaurants under MFVL. The two time Michelin Star Chef, Atul Kochhar is the backbone of culinary creativity at SAGA.. He is based out of London, where he started his very first restaurant. Chef Kochhar’s culinary oeuvre has evolved over time and has changed the way people experience Indian cuisine. Chefs like Atul helped evoke the movement for unified Indian food so that it receives the recognition it deserves on the world stage
Sidharth Sharma

Chef Sidharth Sharma is a Hotel Management and Tourism graduate with over two decades of experience. He is a recipient of the Bronze Medal in Taj Culinary Olympics and has worked with leading brands like The Taj Palace, New Delhi, The Taj President, Mumbai and The Taj Mahal, Mumbai, to name a few. This wide range of experience of working with leading hotels and on an international platform has made him familiar with the highest standards of quality and production thus helping to curate an exceptional experience for you.
Arjun Toor

Coming from the entrepreneurial journey, Arjun is an International Hospitality Management graduate from QMU, Scotland. He started his food and beverage journey in 2009 and headed on to become a Managing Partner in a well-reputed restaurant brand in less than 6 years. He has over a decade of experience in all things Restaurants. Having worked in a diverse set of restaurant businesses and Alco Bev organizations, Arjun now heads all things Marketing & Business Development at Moonshine Food Ventures.

With over 20+ years of work experience in a range of not for profit, retail and public relations roles, Deepali has been working in the music and artist management industry for the past 5 years and is the Programming Head for Moonshine Food Ventures. Deepali’s works across the music business to deliver a dynamic portfolio of live events and music experiences. She loves to travel, has a passion for music and culture, and enjoys the beauty and makeup artistry.

Our in house training program leads and focuses on the training and development of all our employees through various training modules. The role of this vertical is to keep the employee morale high and constantly work on improving their skill set through training, interactions, role plays etc. This also helps in defining a growth roadmap for the employees within our organization.
