Moonshine Food Ventures spread its wings in 2017 to expand out of the existing nightlife, food & beverage scene and soar to high-quality offerings. It was established by Vishal Anand, known for bringing passion to the platter with his modern twist and bringing newness to each venture he overtakes.

Moonshine Food Ventures now operates and manage multiple brands in the food and beverage sector specializing in experiential dining by creating Unique and Iconic places focusing on the amalgamation of architectural aesthetic, quality menu curation and value focus approach. MFVL endeavours to build a team of highly skilled and talented professionals from diversified spheres of the industry. We focus on curating modern menus with global approaches to make sure it caters to a wider audience.
