#SPONSORHOPE

Like many other businesses, we too experienced dark times in the wake of COVID-19. Moreover, the hardship it caused the migrant workers and underprivileged people in our society was heartbreaking. We were determined to not let this pandemic win by being forced inside, instead we began an initiative called #SponsorHope. This let us provide food, essentials, masks and more importantly a sign of relief to people in need. To make #SponsorHope more widespread, we encouraged people to donate a meal for just rupees twenty five. This allowed us to serve more than 1.5 lakh meals with support of our braveheart volunteers and generous donors, that included students, other entrepreneurs and Vishal’s family as well. We were able to reach out to more people by setting up stalls near railway stations and highways; where people had been spending their share of time trying to get back home. With this initiative we were able to give back to society and put a smile on many faces. These unprecedented times surely gave us an opportunity to learn and grow as an organization. It taught us to wait out a thunderstorm so we can enjoy the beautiful rainbow that follows.
