The main men and brains behind Saga have come together to not just tell the story of modern global cuisines, but also to contribute to the tales of making your experience full of tasteful memories and savor life one bite at a time.
Mr. Vishal Anand, on the other hand, was drawn to hospitality because of his love for food, drinks, and nightlife. His innate passion for food and adventure drove him to open his first Saints and Sinners, later Vishal’s thought of being designing an ode to the most romanticized era of aviation and impeccable attention to detail. Saga, as a venture, marks a new beginning and partnership between Chef Kochhar and Mr. Anand.
Chef Kochhar is working toward changing the perception and experience of Indian cuisine. His culinary journey began from a young age, from his grandfather’s bakery and then his father’s catering business. With Saga, he is bringing the new face of Indian cuisine.
